AIRE is founded in 2024 by Tijmen Vos, Rishi Lodhia and Gosse Taal. With over 25 years experience in cloud, SaaS, AI and Real Estate, we developed a true AI first property management system (PMS) enabling real estate companies to automate critical real estate management processes in and around the building with AI and IoT in its core.
We offer key property management functionality such as Tenant Communication, Tenant Community, Room booking, Tenant Support ticketing and integrations for Digital Locking, Package Delivery Systems and Video surveillance.
