A self-managed residential unit takes roughly four hours of admin a month. At an assumed €24 per hour, that is about €1,152 per unit per year, so a 100-unit portfolio runs near €115,200 a year in manual admin. Annual billing saves you around 20%, and about a third on the Private plan. Both are billed in euros, and you can switch the toggle above to see either price on every plan. Through 2026, all plans also include unlimited property-manager users and unlimited tenants as a launch promotion.
It's on our active roadmap, in build or shortly behind it: agentic workflows, e-signing, rent tracking, analytics, in-app payments and smart locking. When a feature ships, it becomes available on the plans it's marked for at no extra charge.
